Pastor Rick Stout

Pastor Stout comes to New England from Oklahoma and has served as Senior Pastor of Faith Baptist Church since January of 2003. He has served as Music Director, Youth Pastor and as Senior Pastor in churches in Missouri, Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma where he served as pastor of two churches. He has also organized and directed Youth Camps and served as music director for the Tri-State Youth Camp in Texoma Baptist Youth Camp.

Pastor Stout and his wife, VaLinda have two children and two grandchildren. Mrs. Stout enjoys working in the church office and with children in WiseGuys. She also enjoys scrap booking. Pastor Stout serves as Field Representative for the Baptist Bible Fellowship Intl. and enjoys reading and golf.

They both enjoy the many friends they have met since moving to New England. They also enjoy the snow, although the winters are a bit long. Their goals are centered around seeing believers grow in their walk with the Lord through a commitment to the Bible as God's word.


Associate Pastor Maurice LaRosa

Maurice and Dawn LaRosa are life long residents of Connecticut and have served at Faith since November of 2008. The LaRosa's became members of Faith Baptist Church in 2006 and continue to serve the Lord in the Children's Ministries and in choir.

They have two children, Jessica, age 10 and Rachel, age 7. Dawn enjoys working with the kids in Sunday School and scrap booking. Maurice serves in maintainance at the church, in Children's Sunday School and choir. 

Maurice is working toward following God's call into ministry. Together, their goals are centered around sharing the gospel with others and seeing young Christians grow in their spiritual walk with the Lord through the Word of God.

Associate Pastor Timothy Howard Jr. 

Timothy and Sarah Howard come from Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Originally from Glastonbury, CT, Tim attended Baptist Bible College in PA where he met his wife Sarah (originally from Binghampton, NY). Tim graduated in 2007 with a B.S. in Theology/Bible as well as Sarah who graduated in the same year with bachelors degrees in church music and theology. 

Together they strive to honor God through the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Tim serves as youth pastor and has a passion for door-to-door ministry while Sarah serves in the choir as well as in the church office. 

Tim enjoys reading, working on cars and language while Sarah enjoys composing music, singing and reading.
